Citizen grievances, RTI queries, and audit disputes over road conditions usually come down to one question: what’s the evidence? A defect record that’s just a description (“pothole near junction X”) is far weaker than one that’s photo-verified, GPS-tagged, and timestamped — the kind of record that closes the loop on a complaint instead of generating another round of back-and-forth.
This is what an “evidence board” approach means in practice: every finding carries its own proof, not just a claim. It’s a natural byproduct of AI-based survey — every frame analyzed is also a frame retained as evidence.
