Long before Futops built for Indian government clients, our founding team spent seven years engineering large-scale AI deployment solutions for infrastructure clients in Japan — work delivered to MLIT-grade standards, with detection accuracy of 90%+ as a core technical benchmark throughout.
That experience — building AI systems that governments actually rely on, at the standard Japanese infrastructure authorities demand — is what our engineers bring to every Futops deployment. It's seven years of hard-won engineering discipline, not a claim made for a pitch deck.

Leadership
Abhinav Agrawal — Founder, MD & CEO
Abhinav is a technology leader with 20+ years of experience in IT and digital innovation, with a career built across YASH Technologies, HCL Technologies (including a deputation to NEC India), NEC India, and Adani Group before founding Futops in December 2019. At NEC India, he led platform and open-source-software delivery units serving global clients across Japan, the U.S., and ASEAN — experience that shaped his vision for AI/ML, IoT, cloud strategy, and edge computing at Futops today. He holds an MCA (SGSITS/RGPV, First Division) and a B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Maths (Gold Medalist), along with certifications as a Predix Solutions Architect (GE Digital), Strategic Leadership for IT Companies (IIM Bangalore Executive Programme), Hortonworks Architect/Practitioner, and Innovation Practitioner (QAI Global Institute). A committed open-source contributor to OpenStack and FIWARE, he has spoken at several international forums on applied AI and infrastructure intelligence.

Brahmeshwar Carpenter is the Co-Founder and COO of Futops Technologies, bringing over 20 years of expertise in digital transformation, cloud platforms, and scalable enterprise solutions. Known for his deep technical knowledge and operational discipline, he drives Futops' global delivery and strategic execution across key markets. With international experience spanning the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Africa, he excels in aligning client needs with robust digital strategies. He has played a pivotal role in implementing ISO 27001 ISMS and showcasing Futops' Intelligent Traffic System in India. As COO, he leads with a hands-on approach, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation remain central to the company's growth.
