The Challenge
Emissions and pollution-compliance requirements — certificates like India's PUC, or their equivalents elsewhere — are increasingly being enforced at the point of fueling rather than left to periodic roadside checks. For fuel retailers and station operators, that shift is an operational problem as much as a regulatory one: manual verification doesn't scale across a station network, slows down every transaction, and produces inconsistent enforcement from one station to the next.
